Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automation, and observability, collaborating with Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, and Grafana, with opportunities to drive platform reliability and developer productivity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and maintain the cloud infrastructure powering our platform.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Enhance observability and incident response across the stack.
• Build internal tools to automate workflows and accelerate developer productivity.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support production services.
