Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems.
- Experience with Azure production workloads and deployments.
- Managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes in production.
- Expertise in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Programming in C# and .NET; strong observability skills (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Developed SLOs for SaaS products; hands-on with ArgoCD & Argo Workflows.
- Designed and implemented load testing for distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver new functionality with Development and Product Management.
- Deep-dive into reliability issues; partner with engineers to roll out fixes.
- Drive standardization across disciplines and services with SREs.
- Identify and drive automation for deployment, management, and visibility.
- Work in an agile operations framework balancing sprint work with on-call needs.
- Participate in 12-hour on-call rotation.
