Job summary

Intertech, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer to architect and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure commercial and government clouds. You will collaborate with software engineers and DevOps to ensure secure, resilient, high-performance systems.

The role emphasizes automation, observability, and on-call incident response, with a strong focus on platform services and incident remediation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a SRE/cloud platform role with strong automation experience.
• Experience with AI tools to improve software quality and efficiency.
• Production cloud experience in Azure with Kubernetes expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate IaaS and PaaS in Azure commercial and government clouds.
• Work with dev teams to measure SLOs, SLAs and SLIs.
• Contribute to platform services including architecture, provisioning, config, deployment and support.
• Integrate central logging, metrics dashboards, instrumentation, incident monitoring.
• Observe applications in production with dashboards and APMs.
• Participate in on-call rotation and root-cause remediation.
• Automate alerts for metrics on performance, cost, vulnerabilities and compliance.
• Improve tooling and automate manual support tasks.
