Job summary

US Cold is seeking a Sr DevOps Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, automation platforms, and reliability for mission-critical logistics systems. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Platform Operations.
• Strong experience designing and supporting cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, security, and identity management.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience supporting production environments with high availability and uptime requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and OCI environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and IaC principles.
• Own platform reliability, availability, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Partner with Security teams to implement access controls, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
• Support API platforms, integration services, load balancing, and traffic routing across customer-facing systems.
• Lead incident response activities, root cause analysis efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage infrastructure costs while maintaining performance objectives.
• Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to establish DevOps standards, best practices, and platform governance.
