Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Track record shipping software and enabling product teams to move faster.
• Strong command of at least one production language and automation writing.
• Experience with CI platforms, Git platforms, and IaC tools.
• Worked on containers and Kubernetes with measurable reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of build, test, and deployment systems.
• Own CI/CD pipelines end to end, migrating to GitHub Actions.
• Standardize environments and internal tooling, including CLIs and scripts.
• Embed with engineering teams to fix tooling friction directly.
• Integrate AI into developer workflows with security in mind.
• Drive incident response for the delivery toolchain and follow up.
