Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team in a fully remote capacity. You will streamline development and deployment processes, ensure cloud infrastructure reliability, and participate in automation initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle.

You'll design CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation, and operate in multi-cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
• 3+ years in DevOps or SRE
• Strong scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Familiar with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI

Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with high availability and performance.
• Implement containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot deployments.
