Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Senior Developer Success Engineer to be the frontline technical expert for our developer community. You will help users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and optimize performance, while developing automation and observability solutions.

You will work with Go, Python, and Java, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to improve reliability and the developer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years as a developer or equivalent.
• Fluent in one or more: Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline technical expert for the developer community.
• Help users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and optimize performance.
• Develop automation solutions and observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Collaborate with developers, product, and engineering teams to improve reliability and scalability.
