Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Senior Developer Success Engineer to be the frontline technical expert for our developer community. You will help users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and develop automation solutions to improve reliability and the developer experience.

You will work with Go, Python, and Java, honing skills in infrastructure automation, resilience engineering, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional development experience.
Proficiency in Python, Java, Golang, and TypeScript.
Experience deploying and managing medium to large-scale Kubernetes or Docker environments.
Experience with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring and performance troubleshooting.
At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working with remote teams.
Ability to learn quickly and drive data-driven decisions.
