Job summary

The Judicial Council of California is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst for its Managed Services unit. The role focuses on data center operations, cloud hosting, and network design, with strong emphasis on Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.

You will provide SME guidance, vendor coordination, and engineering leadership across statewide courts. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting in‑office and remote operations from San Francisco or Sacramento locations, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience maintaining complex infrastructure with extensive knowledge in servers, operating systems, network operating systems, and security.
• Substitution options for degree with experience are allowed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for data center operations, engineering, administration, cloud hosting and vendor support.
• Lead technical consulting for courts on IT initiatives, data center hosting, cloud migration, and networking solutions.
• Cloud architecture and engineering for Azure, Microsoft 365 and AWS.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, and critical applications including VMware environments.
• Manage asset management, software licensing and support coverage information.
• Develop and edit IT procedures, projects, and documentation to meet standards and contracts.
