Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Senior Cloud Data & AI Architect to lead enterprise data modernization from on-prem to cloud for BFSI clients. You will design scalable data pipelines and AI/Gen AI solutions across Snowflake, Databricks on AWS/Azure, and implement governance, quality, and lineage frameworks.

Role requires deep expertise in data products, data mesh, medallion architecture, and extensive experience with LLM-based tooling and vector databases.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data platform modernization from on-prem to cloud for BFSI clients.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Snowflake and Databricks on AWS and Azure.
• Design data integration pipelines (batch, real-time, big data) and analytics platforms.
• Define and implement data governance, quality, metadata, and lineage frameworks and leverage GenAI capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Architect AI/Gen AI solutions for data value chain.
• Design agent-based AI ecosystems with LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Define MCPs to chain reasoning, retrieval, and action models.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with memory and tool usage.
