Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior Cloud Data & AI Architect to lead modernization of enterprise data platforms from on-prem to cloud, focusing on data lake, lakehouse, and analytics ecosystems. You will design scalable pipelines, governance, and AI-enabled data value chains for large BFSI clients.

You will architect AI-enabled data platforms on AWS/Azure/GCP, implement RAG and memory strategies, and guide senior stakeholders on data contracts, lineage, and security.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with large BFSI transformation programs is preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake and Databricks (Lakehouse architecture).
• Design and implement AI and Gen AI solutions for data value chain.
• Strong understanding of data products, data mesh and Medallion Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data platform modernization from on-prem to cloud for banking and insurance clients.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Snowflake and Databricks on AWS and Azure.
• Design and implement AI and Gen AI solutions for the data value chain.
• Define data governance, quality, metadata, and lineage frameworks using GenAI capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Architect Agentic AI ecosystems using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
