Job summary

CapTech Data Architects align clients’ business goals with modern data technologies to enable strategic data delivery. You’ll drive data architecture, governance, and real-time analytics capabilities across engagements, mentoring teams and shaping enterprise data strategies.

You’ll lead architecture discussions, ensure alignment with business objectives, and partner with client teams to deliver value through scalable data solutions and cutting-edge analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing with on-premises and cloud data management, integration, visualization, and analytics technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in modern data architectures and cloud services.
• End-to-end data architecture including ingestion, storage and relational modeling with SQL and Python.
• Ability to relate architectural decisions to business needs and client culture.
• Experience in data governance including MDM, security and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and advocate data management technologies and practices.
• Deliver strategic plans for data integration, quality and delivery.
• Articulate architectural trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions.
• Lead data engineers and other technical teams through design and implementation best practices.
• Provide insights to executives and development teams to maximize data value.
• Ensure solutions align with client strategic goals and deliver business value.
• Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive innovative technology solutions and share outcomes with colleagues.
• Grow and develop CapTech Data & Analytics capabilities and talent.
• Partner with CapTech BD to propose solutions and estimate work plans.
