Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, integration or platform engineering.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and integration solutions.
• MDM implementations with customer or member mastering, identity resolution, and survivorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and engineering activities for the MMDM platform and its integrations.
• Design and implement MDM capabilities including identity resolution, golden records, and stewardship workflows.
• Establish MMDM as the authoritative member information source across enterprise systems.
• Define secure integration architectures using APIs, events, and enterprise messaging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into architectures and roadmaps.
• Design and operationalize enterprise member data products and privacy controls.
• Leverage standards for APIs, canonical models, observability, and security.
• Partner with security and risk teams to implement data protection and governance.
