Job summary

Akamai Cloud Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the dedicated technical advisor for customers leveraging Akamai Core Compute, Edge Compute, and Qualified Compute Partner solutions. You will develop customer success plans, advise on cloud strategy, and drive adoption and value across enterprise workloads and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

8+ years experience in cloud compute, infrastructure, DevOps, or customer-facing technical roles.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, application hosting, networking, and modern compute environments.
Experience advising customers on cloud adoption, workload optimization, and AI opportunities.

Responsibilities

Act as the dedicated technical advisor for Akamai Cloud Compute customers across Core Compute, Edge Compute, and Qualified Compute Partner solutions.
Develop customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and business value.
Advise on cloud compute strategies, workload placement, performance optimization, and operational best practices.
Guide customers on AI inferencing opportunities and agentic AI use cases.
Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and services teams to resolve challenges and advocate for customer needs.
Lead regular business reviews and proactive engagements to drive cloud consumption growth.
