Job summary

Ares Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Cloud, DevOps, and Operations organization. You will design, build, automate, and support modern cloud-based infrastructure and applications powering critical services.

Key focus areas include platform reliability, scalability, security, and automation-first solutions across the tech stack. Strong development and hands-on cloud experience are required in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting distributed applications and services.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps-focused delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated experience across the software development lifecycle, from design through production support.
• Full-stack development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions, cloud infrastructure, and automation capabilities.
• Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure using IaC.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability.
• Provide Level 3 production support and incident resolution for enterprise platforms.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability solutions.
