Ares Management seeks a seasoned Software Engineer to join our Cloud, DevOps, and Operations group. You will design, build, automate, and support modern cloud infrastructure powering critical services.

Strong software engineering skills with cloud and automation expertise are essential for reliability, scalability, and security. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive automation-first solutions, enhance platform operations, and contribute to architecture discussions while advancing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure using IaC.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable application delivery.
• Provide Level 3 production support and incident resolution.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for platform health.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decisions.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve engineering capabilities.
