Job summary

Florida Blue, part of the GuideWell family, is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to drive cloud strategy and governance across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will partner with security, DevOps, and executives to translate business needs into scalable, compliant cloud solutions.

You’ll lead enterprise migrations, establish standards, and mentor teams while optimizing costs and ensuring security-by-design. This hybrid role reports to IT leadership and supports strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT infrastructure, software engineering, or systems architecture.
• 3+ years designing enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise cloud architecture roadmap.
• Lead multi-cloud and hybrid cloud design across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Establish architecture standards, guardrails, and ADRs.
• Oversee cloud migration and modernization programs.
