Job summary

GuideWell is seeking an Enterprise Cloud Architect to lead the cloud strategy and architecture across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. The role reports to the CTO with cross‑functional collaboration across security, DevOps, and executive teams.

You will shape cloud standards, drive enterprise migrations, and implement cost‑savvy, secure workloads while mentoring engineers and establishing a Cloud Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related work experience.
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, software engineering, or systems architecture to include
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade cloud solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large‑scale cloud migration or transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise cloud architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Lead the design of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, reference architectures, and guardrails for cloud adoption across all business units.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams and engineering leads.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption where strategically beneficial.
