Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly experienced engineer to define and implement key components of our next-generation cloud architecture. You will work with senior technologists to deliver low-latency, scalable services and collaborate with desktop agent and AI teams.

The role requires 10+ years in high-volume cloud environments, strong Go/Java skills, and a proven ability to mentor and lead across teams while driving thoughtful design and decision making.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our new cloud architecture, collaborating with our most senior technologists.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing the technical skills our team needs to excel.
