Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior cloud systems leader to define and implement major components of our next-gen cloud architecture. You will work with senior technologists to deliver low-latency, scalable services and collaborate with desktop agent and AI teams.

You will drive hiring improvements, design reviews, post mortems, and mentor teams to elevate technical skills, all while operating in a hybrid, multi-office environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing and verbally.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our new cloud architecture, collaborating with our most senior technologists.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing the technical skills our team needs to excel.
