Job summary

CrowdStrike is building the next generation technologies which will power CrowdStrike for the next ten years. You’ll join a fast-moving team taking a blank-slate approach to scaling our systems and using AI to stop breaches.

This hybrid role is based out of our offices in Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, NYC, or Toronto with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week. You will lead high-impact cloud architecture work, deliver low-latency services and mentor peers while

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to find elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Able to move fast and lead collaboration across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of complex technical ideas.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
• Passion for mentoring teams through code/design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our new cloud architecture, collaborating with our most senior technologists.
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services.
• Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing the technical skills our team needs to excel.
