This role partners with desktop agent and AI teams to push capabilities forward while maturing the organization through design reviews and mentorship.

Based in a hybrid model across multiple U.S. offices with a strong emphasis on collaboration, ownership, and delivering impact in a mission-driven security company.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Go, Java, or similar technologies.
• Ability to move fast and deal with ambiguity while leading collaboration across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of complex technical ideas.
• Experience driving technical decisions across groups and stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership in what you build.
• Passion for developing teams through code reviews, design reviews and mentorship.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in defining and implementing significant components of our new cloud architecture, collaborating with our most senior technologists
• Deliver low-latency and highly scalable services
• Partner closely with our desktop agent and AI teams
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring, design reviews, post mortems, and growing the technical skills our team needs to excel.
