Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a software engineer to design and maintain cloud-based detection services. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to expand capabilities and integrate new features into the Falcon platform.

The role emphasizes distributed systems, scale, and collaboration across Security, Data Science, and Engineering. We value candidates with CS degrees or equivalent experience, plus strong knowledge of Java/Scala, Go or Python and cloud APIs (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Qualifications

• Computer science degree or commensurate experience.
• Programming in Java/Scala, Go or Python (experience preferred).
• Experience with distributed systems, scalability, RESTful patterns, and multithreading.
• Proficiency building and scaling services in production.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Bamboo).
• Experience with major cloud provider APIs (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven use of AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance distributed cloud services.
• Collaborate with Security, Data Science, Engineering, and Visualization teams.
• Contribute to Falcon platform integrations and tooling.
