Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead architectural design and thought leadership for customers adopting cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with a high-caliber sales and BD team, sharing best practices and mentoring peers across the AWS community.

You will also participate in white papers, technical webinars, and workshops, influencing roadmaps and driving successful cloud deployments while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership to customers while working with a world class sales and business development team.
• Lead efforts to capture and share best‑practice knowledge amongst the AWS solution architect community.
• Learn from and educate some of the brightest technical minds across enterprise architecture.
• Partner with Sales to formulate and execute a strategy to exceed revenue objectives through AWS adoption.
