Job summary

Medevolve is seeking a Senior Cloud Applications Engineer to maintain and modernize our flagship software suite while designing new cloud-based applications from scratch.

You will work across front-end and back-end technologies (C#, .NET, Javascript, MVC, Razor), write tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions in a remote-friendly US environment. This role emphasizes long-term code health, architecture thinking, and adherence to DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Javascript, ASP.NET, MVC, and Razor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, refactor, and modernize legacy applications.
• Design and build new cloud-based solutions from the ground up.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in both front-end and back-end.
• Develop unit and integration tests for existing legacy software to improve coverage and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to help maintain high engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with best practices in cloud engineering and bring recommendations to the team.
