Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Architect to lead modernization across healthcare applications and migration projects. The role focuses on guiding complex transformations, aligning strategy with clinical and business needs, and ensuring successful delivery in a remote environment.

You will partner with Infrastructure, Security, and Clinical IT teams to shape migration roadmaps, select cloud approaches, and drive improvements in data center and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT architecture experience, including 3+ years in healthcare provider organizations.
• Experience modernizing legacy apps and leading large-scale cloud/data-center migrations.
• Strong grasp of infrastructure tech: servers, networking, storage, virtualization, OS upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture planning and modernization across clinical and business apps.
• Assess portfolios and develop upgrade roadmaps for OS, databases, middleware.
• Design and oversee end-to-end migration strategies to data centers and cloud (IaaS/PaaS).
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Integration, Security, and Clinical IT teams for project success.
• Define and implement cloud migration approaches: lift-and-shift, replatforming, refactoring.
