Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Deployed Engineer SA for Software and Technology customers in Irvine, CA. You will define technical direction, build AI-driven proofs, and validate solutions directly in customer environments, balancing architectural rigor with practical delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build working prototypes and PoCs in customer sandbox environments using AI-augmented tools.
• Deploy infrastructure with IaC (CDK, Terraform) in customer sandboxes.
• Frame and decide on technical trade-offs with clear recommendations and alternatives.
• Own architectural decisions and coordinate across downstream teams for Rev/Strategy alignment.
• Lead end-to-end technical strategy for assigned customers and influence business outcomes.
