Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, SQL, REST APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks for building enterprise integrations.
• Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers to understand their business processes, systems, and data.
• Build production-quality proof-of-value solutions that help win technical evaluations.
• Deploy customer-specific AI solutions into production, configuring AI agents and workflow automations.
• Troubleshoot production issues across customer environments and drive resolution against SLAs.
• Partner daily with account executives, customer success, and engineering teams throughout the customer journey.
