Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Mountain View seeks a Customer Deployed Engineer SA to lead technical engagements with Software and Technology customers, defining and proving architectural direction through hands-on validation in customer environments.

You will build working prototypes, PoCs, and AI-driven solutions, drive architectural decisions across teams, and partner with customers to translate strategy into validated, deployable outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or related fields.
Proven ability to build and validate hands-on solutions in customer environments.
Experience presenting to executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML and agentic architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy and end-to-end advisory for assigned customers.
Develop PoCs and proofs of architectural approaches with AI‑augmented tools.
Architect and validate infrastructure using IaC in sandbox environments.
Collaborate with ProServe, partners, and customer engineering to deliver results.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to executives and engineers.
