Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior Cloud Services Engineer to drive cloud, data engineering, ETL, and AI initiatives in a distributed environment. You will partner across technical teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and mentor junior engineers while shaping continuous improvement efforts.

The role emphasizes cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), DevOps, MLOps, and governance with remote work options and occasional travel. Strong communication is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Experience in Salesforce environment.
• Strong data engineering, ETL, and distributed processing with Databricks and Informatica.
• Medium programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Copado.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work remotely.
