Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior Cloud Services Engineer to enable cloud technologies ensuring performance, continuity, and efficiency in virtualized, on-demand environments. You will work with ETL, Salesforce, AI security, and DevOps initiatives, mentoring juniors and shaping technical strategy.

The role requires deep cloud expertise, data engineering, and strong communication, with remote work options and travel for training or meetings. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in tech are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of technical experience.
Experience in Salesforce environment.
Solid data engineering, ETL, distributed processing knowledge (Databricks, Informatica).
Medium programming skills in Python.
Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs for Generative AI.
Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

Enable cloud technologies for performance, continuity, and efficiency in virtualized environments.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
Collaborate across technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions.
Support cloud engineering, ETL, Salesforce, AI initiatives and DevOps practices.
