CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Architect to lead the Clinical Insights Engine, shaping the enterprise software and analytics platform. You will drive architecture across GCP and Azure, aligning engineering strategy with clinical outcomes and business goals.

You will mentor senior engineers, define standards, and guide LLM pipelines, MLOps, and real-time data services to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare solutions.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in software or data architecture, platform engineering, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale cloud systems in GCP and/or Azure in production healthcare or regulated industry.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native services relevant to CIE's stack (BigQuery, Dataflow, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, or Azure equivalents).
• Experience architecting clinical AI/ML platforms including feature stores, model serving infrastructure, MLOps tooling, and LLM integration patterns.

Mansioni

• Drive end-to-end software architecture vision and roadmap for Clinical Insights Engine platform across GCP and Azure.
• Serve as technical authority for system design and architecture decisions across multiple squads.
• Lead design of scalable, fault-tolerant, cost-optimized platforms supporting clinical AI/ML workloads.
• Define and govern ML architecture patterns including feature stores, model serving infrastructure, experiment tracking, and MLOps pipelines.
• Lead architecture for LLM-integrated systems including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embedding stores, and clinical NLP processing.
• Define enterprise standards and reference architectures adopted across CVS Health engineering community.
