Fresh Funding in New York is hiring a Senior Closing Manager to lead high-intent merchant cash advance deals and drive revenue in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

You will manage a pipeline from contact to close, tailor funding offers, negotiate terms, and collaborate with underwriting while mentoring junior closers. Base salary and uncapped commissions create a strong earning potential in Manhattan.

Qualifications

• Prior experience closing for another MCA funder or alternative lending company — required.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding funding/revenue targets.
• Strong phone presence, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working a high-volume, fast-cycle sales pipeline.
• College degree preferred, but not required — we care more about results.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Closing Manager to join our funding team and drive revenue by closing high-intent merchant cash advance deals. This is a role for a seasoned closer who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and knows how to convert qualified leads into funded deals.

What We're Looking For

Compensation

$60,000 base salary + sliding-scale commission based on deal size:

• Deals under $50k: 15% of gross
• Deals $50k–$100k: 22% of gross
• Deals over $100k: 25% of gross
