Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in the United States seeks an Account Manager for CLO & Private Credit Services. You will be the primary contact for collateral managers of CLOs, overseeing day-to-day operations, controls, and accuracy of reporting.

Candidates should have deep CLO knowledge, experience with bank loans and fixed income, and ability to coordinate with investors, arrangers, and internal teams. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to work in a fast-paced, regulated

Qualifications

• BA/BS, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics; MBA is a plus.
• Proven prior experience with CLOs.
• Understanding of bank loans - BSL, middle market and private credit loans.
• Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Competent in MS Office; Advanced MS Excel abilities and modelling techniques.
• Familiarity with wiring instructions and SWIFT payments.
• Experience reviewing indentures, credit agreements and other governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for a portfolio of CLO SPVs.
• Produce monthly and quarterly investor reporting packages; knowledge of test calculations.
• Review and release wires for trade settlements.
• Communicate with arrangers, collateral managers, rating agencies, accountants and bondholders.
• Collaborate with DB Operations and Account Administrators.
• Maintain SPV annual compliance requirements (Reports, Certifications).
