Job summary

Responsibilities include billing, cash processing, settlements, and compliance checks. The role requires leadership, deep CLO knowledge, and the ability to train others in efficient CLO processes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years relevant CLO industry experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day client service activities and monitor controls.
• Analyze and improve processes, policies, and systems in CLO operations.
• Handle billing, settlements, cash transactions, and compliance items.
• Lead trainings and act as a subject matter expert on CLO products.
