Job summary

Deutsche Bank seeks an Account Manager for CLO & Private Credit Services to oversee a portfolio of CLO SPVs. You will produce investor reporting, review wires, and liaise with arrangers, collateral managers, rating agencies, and accountants to ensure compliance.

You will work with DB Operations and Account Administrators to maintain annual SPV requirements while applying your CLO and fixed income expertise in a hybrid, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand CLOs, ABLs, compliance tests and fixed income structures.
• Experience with CLOs and SPVs preferred.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge; ability to review indentures and credit agreements.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for a portfolio of CLO SPVs.
• Produce monthly and quarterly investor reporting packages; know test calculations in reports.
• Review and release wires for trade settlements; communicate with arrangers, collateral managers, rating agencies, accountants and bondholders.
• Maintain SPV annual compliance requirements (Accountant's Reports, Issuer's Certifications, etc.).
• Collaborate with DB Operations and Account Administrators; interact with senior leaders.
