Deutsche Bank seeks an Account Manager for CLO & Private Credit Services to oversee a portfolio of CLO SPVs. You will produce investor reporting, review wires, and liaise with arrangers, collateral managers, rating agencies, and accountants to ensure compliance.

CLO & Private Credit Services was started back in 2000. Our staff of professionals provides trustee, calculation agent, collateral administration, and custodian services on over 400 SPVs both domestically and throughout Europe.
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients, which are the collateral managers of Collateralized Loan Obligations. You must have a deep understanding CLOs, ABLs, compliance test calculations, bank loans and other complex fixed income structures. You will provide oversight of day to day operational/client service activities while monitoring controls such as overdraft reports, annual reviews, and outstanding deal compliance.
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY or Santa Ana, CA office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City or California is $120,000- $172,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
