Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a Lead Clinician in Sheridan, WY to oversee clinical services across residential, recovery, and outpatient settings. The role requires licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or eligibility to supervise provisionally licensed staff, with a focus on quality and compliance.

You will supervise clinicians, develop curricula, and collaborate with the Clinic Director on care programs.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Counseling or Clinical Social Work from CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program.
• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Wyoming or eligible for out-of-state licensure.
• Meets criteria to supervise provisionally licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinical services across all treatment phases in residential, recovery, or outpatient settings.
• Supervise clinical staff and ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
• Lead program development projects with the Clinic Director for care services and education.
• Coordinate daytime and on-call coverage and supervise on-call staff.
• Develop and revise curriculum for group therapy and educational activities for patients and families.
