Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies in Wyoming seeks a licensed clinician to provide clinical and education-based treatment across residential and outpatient settings. The role includes completing social histories, assessments, treatment plans, and timely charting, with opportunities to develop curricula for groups and families.

The position requires licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LAT) or eligibility, a relevant advanced degree, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program.
• Fully or provisionally licensed as LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LAT in Wyoming or eligible for out-of-state licensure.
• Meet qualifications for a substance abuse professional per Wyoming DBH Standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete social histories, assessments, treatment plans, and other chart-related documents promptly.
• Provide individual counseling and facilitate educational and counseling groups; chart these activities.
• Develop educational/therapeutic curriculum for groups and family education.
• Assist patients in understanding and completing treatment plans.
• Coordinate services with staff, resources, and referral sources.
• Attend staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and clinical supervision.
• Deliver in-person and Telehealth sessions weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.
