Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a Lead Clinician to provide counseling and education-based treatment across residential and outpatient settings. You will supervise clinicians, ensure quality and compliance, and contribute to program development under the direction of the Sr. Director of Clinical Services.

The role requires a Ph.D. or Master’s in Counseling/Clinical Social Work, Wyoming licensure or eligibility, and strong time-management skills to support a high-quality

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Counseling or Clinical Social Work from CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program.
• Fully licensed or eligible for licensure as LCSW/LPC/LAT/LMFT in Wyoming.
• Meet qualifications required for a substance abuse professional per Wyoming standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and desktop publishing.
• Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of clinical facility operations, quality assurance of patient services.
• Supervise clinicians and ensure compliance with documentation and processes.
• Coordinate daytime on-call coverage and supervise staff on call days.
• Complete social histories, assessments, treatment plans, admissions, discharges and charting promptly.
• Develop curricula for group education/therapy with patients and families.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and community resources to coordinate care.
