Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Senior Clinician to oversee clinical care across PHP/IOP programs and act as a clinical resource for training, supervision, and program leadership. The role involves providing individual therapy, leading staff development, and ensuring consistent day-to-day treatment across teams in a 0.5 FTE structure with future adjustments as census grows.

The position requires a Master’s degree in behavioral science and an active clinical license.

Qualifications

Must have a basic understanding of the therapeutic process and confidentiality laws.
Must demonstrate leadership abilities and work with diverse backgrounds.
Excellent oral and written communication and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

Serve as point person when the Clinical Director is out.
Provide leadership support for PHP/IOP programming and coordinate clinical team efforts.
Assist Clinical Director with schedules, coverage, and policy adherence.
Provide individual therapy and group sessions as needed.
Train new staff and supervise pre-licensed clinicians and interns.
Document staffing meetings and monitor treatment progress.
Handle phone coverage and clinical consultations as needed.
Create effective cross-department relationships to improve workflows.
