Job summary

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System in Chicago seeks a Clinical PHP Manager to provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services, ensuring a safe, therapeutic milieu and crisis intervention as needed.

You will facilitate group meetings, coordinate patient transportation, assist with discharge planning and program implementation, and supervise a staff of 4+, while supporting recruitment and scheduling in a dynamic behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• At least 3 years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital with children, adolescents and adults.
• Experience using crisis intervention verbal and physical techniques.
• Experience supervising a staff of at least 4 employees.
• Licensure: LCPC or LCSW; CADC strongly preferred.
