• 3 to 5 years clinician management.
• 3 to 5 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workload patterns and forecast resource needs, recommending adjustments.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within operations support functions.
• Address customer or client concerns, investigate incidents, and work with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and enforce compliance guidelines and quality control programs to improve operational compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and measure impact.
• Facilitate effective communication within operations support teams and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and driving initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Oversee ongoing training to ensure teams are fully versed and compliant.
