Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee clinician and faculty compensation programs for physicians and APPs. The role partners with Finance, Legal, Contracting, Recruitment and Data Analytics to ensure competitive, compliant plans and accurate data reporting.

The ideal candidate will manage model design, policy updates, and incentive payouts while supporting budgeting, audits, and annual reviews in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or as a strategic partner on compensation matters.
• Knowledge of wRVUs/billing, benchmarks, MS Office products and data management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Compensation team.
• Develops and implements practices and tools to standardize provider compensation management.
• Administers clinician/faculty compensation plans, including model design, policy updates, and template maintenance.
• Oversee compensation data entry and effort changes with Contracting.
• Coordinate payroll-related processes and incentive payout communication.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics on compensation analyses and benchmark submissions.
