Job summary

Jefferson University Physicians is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to oversee clinician and faculty compensation programs across Jefferson Medical Group. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Contracting and Data Analytics to design, implement and maintain compensation plans that are compliant and competitive.

You will lead a team, manage budgeting processes, and ensure accurate data reporting, audits, and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or as a strategic partner on compensation-related matters.
• Knowledge of wRVUs/billing, benchmarks, MS Office products and data management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Compensation team.
• Administer clinician/faculty compensation plans, including model design and policy updates.
• Oversee compensation data entry and accruals in collaboration with Contracting.
• Coordinate payroll-related processes and incentive payouts.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics on compensation analyses and benchmark surveys.
• Maintain compensation records and documentation in relevant systems.
• Manage budgeting processes and annual reviews.
• Lead and mentor compensation team members.
