Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to lead complex industry-sponsored trials and oversee study execution across sites. You will coordinate visits, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive enrollment while mentoring junior staff to uphold study quality and patient experiences.

You will collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and investigators, perform protocol-required visits, and maintain documentation and data integrity consistent with GCP and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• Must be able to perform blood draws, vital signs, and EKGs as applicable by state law.
• CCRC or CCRP certification strongly preferred or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical research operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate study visit schedules and protocol-related activities ensuring timelines and regulations.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives to support enrollment goals.
• Mentor and support junior coordinators and staff on trial processes and sponsor communication.
• Maintain accurate study documentation including source records, CTMS updates, and case report forms.
• Ensure high-quality data entry and timely sponsor/CRO data queries resolution.
• Prepare for sponsor, CRO, and regulatory visits, audits, and inspections.
