Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee complex industry-sponsored trials and mentor junior staff. The role requires coordinating visits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving enrollment and data integrity across sites in the US.

You will lead protocol-related activities, perform essential clinical procedures per study protocols, and partner with sponsors, CROs, and investigators to advance clinical research that improves patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Must be able to perform blood draws and EKGs where applicable by state law.
• CCR/CRP certification strongly preferred or equivalent clinical research certification.
• Strong understanding of GCP and FDA regulations; independent trial management.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior research staff.
• Proficient with CTMS, EDC systems, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage complex industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate complex visit schedules and protocol activities with timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives to support enrollment performance.
• Mentor and support junior coordinators and research staff on processes and sponsor communications.
• Conduct protocol-required visits and assessments per GCP and SOPs.
• Maintain study documentation, source records, and data queries.
• Prepare for and support sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety reporting, inventory, and site SOPs.
