Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology company, seeks a Research Site Manager to lead day-to-day clinical site operations across multiple locations. You will manage site staff, drive enrollment, and ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in trials.

The role requires a senior clinical research background, strong leadership, and hands-on problem solving, with travel across facility sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; science disciplines preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a senior Clinical Research Coordinator; some management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and research protocols.
• Proficiency in standard office software; experience with EMR and CTMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across research site(s), including staff management and operational planning.
• Create and implement standardized clinic workflows to drive operational excellence.
• Attend site selection visits and site initiation visits (SIVs).
• Oversee inventory of study supplies and ensure adequate stock at all times.
• Manage site-level purchasing and expenses in line with cost guidelines.
• Lead onboarding and performance reviews for CRCs and RAs.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in EMR and CTMS by CRCs and RAs.
• Train clinical operations staff and support study initiation visits.
• Collaborate with CROs and sponsors; communicate with PI and Iterative Health management.
