Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee complex clinical trials at the site level. You will mentor staff, optimize study execution, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality patient experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with sponsors, CROs, and investigators to drive enrollment performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Ability to perform blood draws, vitals, and ECGs as permitted by state law.
• CCRC® or CCRP® or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage complex industry-sponsored clinical trials from study start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate complex study visit schedules and protocol-related activities with timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention initiatives to support enrollment performance.
• Mentor and support junior coordinators and research staff on trial processes and sponsor communication.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments in line with GCP and site SOPs.
• Maintain accurate study documentation including source records and CTMS updates.
