Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator III to work with hospital, clinic, and research staff to develop, implement, and manage clinical trials across a diverse portfolio.

You will collect, coordinate, process, and ensure high-quality clinical trial data in line with protocols and applicable regulatory guidelines, including long-term follow-up and regulatory support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in scientific/medical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years of experience in medical records, cancer registry, clinical study coordination or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review protocols and study portfolios for data collection, study conduct, and protocol requirements.
• Coordinate data collection, monitoring, and regulatory compliance across disease programs.
• Assist in screening, enrollment, and follow-up across multiple studies and teams.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in scientific/medical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
